Pushkar is derived from the Sanskrit word for flower "Pushpa" and the word for arm "kar" to retell the story of the ancient city's provenance and also it's significance.
In it's conclusion, lotus petals that descended from the "kar" of brahma created the sacred river of Pushkar known for its regenerative and purifying properties. Here resides the one and only temple dedicated to the brahma in the entirety of India.
The temple is florescent and luminous with bright shades of blue, green and red contrasting the white marble buildings built a

long the river body. The morning worship begins with flowers such as roses, jasmines, lotuses and queen of the night which is known to be his favorite but incredibly transient so one needs to be patient and vigilant to earn his true favour.
This fragrance focuses on one of the offerings,
The red rose.
Opening with a rich red velvety rose that is suprisingly quite diaphanous, it harmonises with the precious woods such as creamy sandalwood to create a sublime creamy bouquet.
This is not particularly airy or atmospheric like nahema or sa majestie la rose but more natural in the sense that it comes off as quite petal-like and feels like gliding your fingers gently over soft rose petals.
The drydown is where the oud comes in to provide a bit more of a heaviness to the composition- a typical characteristic of a mukhallat and dries down to a soft and sensual musky rose sweetened by woods and balanced spices done well for once since they enhance rather than overwhelm.
A warm breeze embraces you in the midst of a forest of sandalwood trees, carrying with it a wealth of rose petals and a sweet aroma enticing you to experience the beauty of pushkar.
